Job Description

As a Vice President in our Industrial Brokerage team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leasing, tenant representation, acquisition, and sales of industrial properties. This position is part of a larger, dynamic, national program aimed at expanding and optimizing industrial real estate operations. You will be responsible for business development activities while also researching market trends, assisting with property valuations, preparing client presentations, and contributing to negotiations and transactions. Working alongside other brokers, you will help drive the strategy for growth and development in the industrial sector while gaining exposure to various aspects of commercial real estate in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing a deep understanding of the real estate market by obtaining the latest market and industry research, historical information, and trends
• Creating and organizing a detailed database for tenant pursuits and proactively scheduling and meeting with prospective tenants
• Extensive cold calling, face-to-face prospecting, and other business development practices
• Contributing to building tours, presentations, drafting proposals, and report preparation
• Responsible for tracking and collecting market level data and comps for their submarket
• Maintaining daily interaction with clients and prospective clients
• Participate in firm marketing and business development opportunities
• Performing financial modeling and analysis
