LPN Duties :

Assume responsibilities of Nurse Manager in his / her absence.

Receive morning report and make daily assignments.

Make rounds. Assess status for Residents / Patients on unit, checking on specifics given on Resident care.

Ensure that all MDS and PRI charting is completed accurately and completely to ensure maximum reimbursement.

Complete treatments for the unit according to good nursing standards.

Supervise dining room during meals, making note of Resident eating habits, assisting as necessary. Assure all documentation is completed by appropriate staff.

Requirements :

Current NYS LPN License
