Requirements

Processing invoices : Receiving, verifying, and processing invoices. Reconciling accounts : Assisting with reconciling accounts and reconciling expense and financial reports. Paying vendors : Paying vendors and facilitating payments, which may include verifying federal ID numbers and reviewing purchase orders. Maintaining accounting files : Maintaining accounting files and creating accounts payable reports.
