Summary

This position will lead the Information Security Organization and communicate with the Headquarter Security Team.

Title : Security Manager

Reports to : Admin Team Leader

Location : Holland, MI

Responsibilities

• People management of Information Security Organization personnel & IT-related external partner employees
• Communicate with HQ Security team
• Manage physical and IT security
• Manage Information Security Projects
• Develop site Information Security Policies, Standards, and Procedures
• Maintain confidentiality regarding security and personnel issues
• Oversee installation and maintenance of security equipment such as CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
• Train employees on security procedures
• Conduct background checks on new hires and contractors
• Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance of security and safety equipment
• Participate in meetings to ensure a secure working environment
• Assist other HSE team members as needed to support departmental goals
