Our crowdfunding platform is now our fastest-growing product, powering the crowdfunding journey from end to end – and back again – through built-in pledge management, email marketing, and more, all in one place.
We’re a founder-led start-up with a diverse, close-knit team that prizes creativity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. We are hiring multiple Account Executives who will own the full sales motion from cold outreach through post-campaign revenue, helping creators launch successfully while driving BackerKit’s growth. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will manage a mix of strategic and fast-moving deals and hit ambitious targets.

Benefits
We are hiring for more than one Account Executive at this moment, and will be looking at a range of seniority for those positions. As such, the base salary for this role ranges from $75,000 - $100,000 , with the total on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $125,000 - $170,000 . Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed and are determined by various factors including but not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and geographic location.
