We are seeking a motivated and experienced Location Manager to oversee operations at our integrated agricultural facility, including a feed mill, ag retail store, and grain elevator. This position plays a key leadership role in managing daily operations, staff, customer relationships, inventory, and compliance.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the feed mill, retail store, and grain elevator
• Supervise and support staff across all departments
• Oversee grain handling, storage, shipping, and quality control
• Ensure accurate and timely mixing and delivery of feed orders
• Manage inventory and procurement for feed, grain, and retail products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local farmers and ag customers
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations
• Monitor and report financial performance, control costs and drive profitability
• Collaborate with senior management on strategy, forecasting, and improvements
