Prime Attorney Candidates Include :

Insurance Defense Attorneys : Ready to fight FOR injury victims instead of against them
Prosecutors / Public Defenders : Seeking higher compensation while using their trial skills
Mid-Level Associates (3-7 years) : From larger firms wanting more client contact and case ownership

3+ years litigation experience; (any practice area considered)

Trial experience; preferred but not required

Texas Bar; admission (we'll consider candidates with reciprocity eligibility)

Team player; mentality with strong communication skills

Client service; focus and genuine desire to help injured people

Bilingual capabilities; a plus but not required
