Your Impact

As a Physiotherapist Mentor , also known internally as ' Lead Clinician ' on our team, youll be responsible for overseeing the clinical development of clinicians at your clinic through clinical mentorship, training, knowledge transfer and setting a culture of clinical excellence.

What Youll Do

• Utilize your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality care and personalized treatment plans
• In addition to the essential roles and responsibilities of a Physiotherapist, the Lead Clinician serves as a mentor and resource for clinician team
• Conduct one-on-one mentorship sessions for clinicians
• Create unique opportunities for clinicians to acquire and retain clinical skills through case studies, external workshops & courses, lunch + learns, in-services, shadow sessions, group training, etc.
• Complete Therapist Development Profiles in a comprehensive, timely manner
• Collaborate with Clinic Director to assess specific clinical development needs of the clinic or individual therapists
• Deliver monthly Onboarding Modules for new hires
• Partner with Lead Clinicians at other clinics to ensure consistency of mentorship and training within the region
