Scapesgroup,LLC (Scapes), a leading residential landscape company based in Roswell, GA, is seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Care & Account Manager to join our growing maintenance division.

At Scapes, we manage some of the most impressive residential landscapes across the metro Atlanta area. Youll join a collaborative team backed by over 100 years of combined experience, dedicated to excellence in service, design, and maintenance.

What Youll Do

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Manage and grow existing accounts
  • Sell new maintenance and enhancement services
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure quality control
  • Collaborate with production staff and subcontractors to deliver top-tier service
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns

What Youll Bring

  • Experience in landscape account management or customer service
  • Strong horticultural knowledge
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead collaboratively
  • Estimating experience preferred (training provided)
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
