A company is looking for a Client Success Associate to empower veterinary practices with support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound support requests via email, phone, and chat
Create and update self-serve support content and assist with onboarding new practices
Escalate issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
1-3 years in a customer support, customer success, or client-facing role (SaaS or healthcare / veterinary preferred)
Organized, reliable, and responsive; able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Comfortable using support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Loom, and Notion
Empathetic and enthusiastic about helping veterinary professionals succeed
