A company is looking for a Virtual eCommerce Phone Support Operator.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, and respond to emails regarding customer inquiries
Locate part fitment for vehicles, place orders, track shipments, and provide order statuses
Maintain customer information in a case management system and document each customer interaction
Required Qualifications
Must be available to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Must live within the Eastern Time Zone
Must pass a background check and attend the entire paid training class
