Scheduler Overview
The Scheduler works closely with the Project Team to uphold Project Controls standards and ensure accurate management of quantities, costs, and schedules from estimating through completion. This hands-on role collaborates directly with estimating, design, and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CPM schedules, scenarios, and updates.
- Gather and analyze historical and forecast data for planning accuracy.
- Understand project scopes, contracts, and owner expectations.
- Communicate with Owners and project teams to resolve schedule issues.
- Analyze delays and risks, providing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and documentation.
- Support proposals, RFPs, and project pursuits.
- Document schedule basis and conduct monthly audits.
- Train team members on scheduling tools and best practices.
- Promote a positive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.5 + years of relevant experienceKnowledge of Earned Value Management.Proficient in Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MSP, etc.).Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites.Data Center experience is a plus
