Job Description

FHN Financial Operations Team in our Memphis, TN office is seeking an individual to provide comprehensive support across trade processing, derivative margin, and security master set-up and maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Trade Processing Exception Report Monitoring : Monitor and address exceptions in trade processing reports, both independently and in collaboration with team members.
• Daily Trade Input Reconciliation : Perform reconciliation and documentation on daily trade inputs and exceptions, sometimes working alongside other team members.
• Exception Resolution : Resolve trade input exceptions promptly, either individually or with the support of the team.
• Security Master Set-Up and Maintenance : Set up and maintain security master data, coordinating with team members as needed.
• Trade Communication and Documentation : Provide communication and documentation for pending trades, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.
• Proactive Communication : Communicate proactively with the manager and Lead Analyst, as well as with other team members.
• Reconciliation and Interest Area Support : Provide back-up and support to reconciliation and interest areas, working both independently and as part of a team
