Project Manager and Agile Coach

A company is looking for a Project Manager / Agile Coach.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and optimize workflows to ensure efficient task execution and team alignment

Implement and maintain Scrum and Agile best practices for continuous improvement

Facilitate collaboration between teams in different locations and manage Jira and Wikisphere tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field

Proven experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks

Strong experience managing workflows in Jira, Confluence, Wikisphere, or similar tools

Ability to lead teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies

Fluency in English; German is a plus
