Job Summary :

Join our dynamic WW Returns & ReCommerce team as a Software Development Engineer II, where your work will significantly impact our customer's returns experience and enhance recovery options. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software applications, tools, systems, and services to elevate operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate with diverse teams to innovate and automate processes, ensuring a seamless integration of new technologies into our vast ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with development teams on Corporate and Divisional Software projects, contributing to both new and existing software and automation.
• Take ownership of large-scale distributed software applications, ensuring their reliability and effectiveness.
• Harness innovative technologies to enhance the customer returns experience across the platform.
• Continuously evaluate and incorporate new technologies and frameworks to support business requirements.

Must-Have Skills :

Industry Experience :

Prior experience working in large-scale operations and familiarity with scalable systems is preferred. Exposure to a technical environment or similar ecommerce platforms will be a significant advantage.
