We're on the lookout for compassionate, enthusiastic, and driven individuals to become Behavior Technicians (BTs) on our team. No experience? No problem! If you bring the heart, we'll provide the training (Yes - PAID training!) to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

What You'll Be Doing (AKA : Changing Lives While Having Fun!)

As a BT, you'll spend your days playing with purpose - guiding and supporting children on the autism spectrum through one-on-one, personalized sessions. Whether you're teaching communication, helping build independence, or simply celebrating a new milestone, your work will help shape a brighter future for our amazing kiddos.

Expect to :

  • Turn playtime into progress with evidence-based tools like Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Track skill development and help celebrate every victory (big or small!)
  • Work 1 : 1 with children to help them thrive socially, emotionally, and behaviorally

    What We're Looking For :

  • A positive attitude and love for helping kids grow
  • Full-time availability : Mon-Fri, 8am-4 : 30pm
  • High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's in psych, education, or related field is a plus!)
  • Experience with special needs kiddos is a bonus - but not required!
  • Must be 18+ and ready to make an impact!
