job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGreet and support clients in-person and by phone with empathy and professionalism Triage incoming appointments and schedule accordingly Manage check-in / check-out and payment collection Provide education to clients about our hospital services and offerings Facilitate clear communication between clients and medical teams Support the team with additional duties as needed Prior veterinary experience preferred, but not essential Strong initiative, detail orientation, and ability to learn quickly Excellent communicator with compassion for pets and people Comfortable handling a multi-line phone system Familiarity with veterinary terminology is a plus Able to work independently Option 1 : Friday–Sunday, 12-hour shifts Option 2 : Thursday–Sunday, 10-hour shifts Training : ~2 weeks (or more as needed) will be on daytime shifts before transitioning to nights. Base pay : $20–$22 / hr. Overnight differential is $3 extra / hour and Full Weekend Differential is $2 extra / hour Supportive training and onboarding Be part of a hospital that values teamwork, learning, and growth
