Job Details : Direct hire

$65,000 - $75,000 per year (based on experience)

Location : South Plainfield, NJ

Schedule : MondayFriday (onsite)

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Proactively engage with current clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Educate customers on our full suite of fire and security products : fire alarms, detection systems, monitoring solutions, CCTV, access control, and more.
  • Conduct outbound calls and occasional on-site consultations to assess needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, property managers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and top-tier customer service.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective pipeline and relationship management.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date with all sales activity and client interactions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, codes, and technologies to provide expert customer guidance.

What We're Looking For :

  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience (fire protection, security, or low-voltage industries a plus).
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, security solutions, and low-voltage infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
