At Pursuit Digital, we’re looking for a Director of Social Media to be the face of social for our clients. You’ll lead strategy, create content plans, design graphics, and guide campaigns from concept to performance. You’ll also get to partner with our in-house video team to produce the kind of social content most agencies only dream about.

What You’ll Do : Lead social strategy, content planning, and campaign execution.

Write captions, design graphics (Canva / Adobe), and schedule posts.

Collaborate with our video team to execute high-quality content.

Attend content shoots to guide social direction and support production.

Communicate directly with clients, presenting strategy, results, and recommendations.

Manage campaigns end-to-end and track performance for ongoing improvement.

What It Takes : Proven experience managing social media for businesses.

Strong client-facing communication skills.

Graphic design experience (Canva required, Adobe a plus).

Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once.

Reliable transportation for client meetings and content shoots.

Must live in or near Knoxville year-round.

Bonus Points

Photography or photo editing skills.

Familiarity with video or paid ads.

Comfortable being on camera occasionally.

The Details : Full-time (40+ hours per week).

Local travel for shoots (within ~50 miles).

Salary starts at $55,000, with opportunities for bonuses.

PTO + paid holidays.

Weekly pay with direct deposit.
