Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships for assigned accounts or territory
Secure customer renewals, cross-sells, and upsells through effective engagement and solution identification
Establish client-specific goals and ensure successful onboarding and ongoing customer success
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role within a technology company, preferably with a bachelor's degree
Proficiency in using spreadsheets, presentations, and data analysis tools
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a competitive environment
