Qualifications

We are seeking a Truss Design Manager with a strong background in truss design and the ability to lead and manage a talented team of designers

The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of truss design, be adept at checking and reviewing others' work, and have experience managing workflow and meeting project deadlines

Proven experience in truss design, preferably in both custom home and multifamily markets

Strong knowledge of truss systems, building codes, and industry standards

Previous experience in a leadership or management role within a design team

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines

Proficient in design software (MiTek, AutoCAD, or similar)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
