We are currently searching for an individual with excellent communication skills to join our Customer Service team. This is a permanent, full time position and we are seeking a long-term, dedicated team member.  The right person will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, dependable, computer literate, and have a can-do attitude.

Overview :

Customer Service Associates are the voice of our company, working directly with our valued clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.  You will be helping our clients select products and customization to best suit their projects and needs - every order and every day is unique.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities :

  • Engage with clients - in person, on the phone, and via email.
  • Understand our client’s needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our in-house production team, maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Gain an understanding of our various customization capabilities including engraving, lasering, screen printing, and etching.

  • Placement Criteria :

  • Prior experience in customer service or related fields is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to prioritize workflow, organize diverse material, and handle multiple, competing, and changing priorities; ability to perform effectively without supervision and within established time limits and ongoing deadlines.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively and professionally and exhibit exemplary customer service skills with external customers, vendors, visitors, co-workers, and management.
