With decades of expertise and a commitment to excellence, they partner with clients worldwide to deliver high-quality products that meet strict regulatory and operational standards.

Our client is seeking a Quality Manager to lead their Quality Department and ensure compliance with the highest standards of product safety and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role that will oversee our quality management systems, mentor a skilled team, and work cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Quality Department, ensuring adherence to ISO-9001, GMP, and ISO-13485 standards.
  • Serve as the point of contact for annual audits, quality system management, and compliance with FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 820.180 & 820.198).
  • Mentor and develop a team of engineers, technicians, and inspectors.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Advanced Manufacturing, Sourcing, Sales, and Engineering to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs related to product and process quality.
  • Conduct inspections and audits of products and services throughout the production cycle.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend corrective / preventive actions.
  • Partner with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet standards.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to senior leadership.
  • Lead training programs on quality control processes, protocols, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of quality management experience in a GMP or ISO-certified environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 audit processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive improvements.
