- Commis Restaurant is looking for a dynamic dining room Assistant Captain to help deliver a polished and sharp service to our guests under the direction and in cooperation with the the Captain and Management. Responsibilities include dining setup before service ( sweeping, folding napkins, polishing wares and furniture pieces, etc. ) and breakdown after service closing duties (sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, oiling table tops, restocking in preparation for the following day). Weekly deep cleaning is part of this position. This position pays $65k-$70k annually, which includes service charge income and tips. 3-4 shifts per week, can go up to 5 shifts during the holiday and peak seasons.
