• Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney (at the Senior Associate or Partner Level) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in commercial litigation and must be prepared to manage a significant caseload while working both independently and collaboratively. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated attorney looking to contribute meaningfully to a growing firm .

Compensation is commensurate with experience and performance.

• Responsibilities
• Manage a substantial caseload with minimal supervision.
• Develop and execute effective legal strategies for clients in commercial litigation disputes.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to drive case progress and client outcomes.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to associates and junior attorneys.
• Engage in business development efforts to strengthen client relationships and contribute to the firm's growth.
• Qualifications
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership.
• Significant experience in commercial litigation (7+ years preferred).
• Strong ability to analyze complex legal issues, draft legal documents, and advocate effectively in court and negotiations.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating on broader team strategies.
• Established book of business is a plus but not required.
