Key Responsibilities :
Partner with management to develop and implement strategic plans that align with business goals and drive growth.Oversee day-to-day operations to meet budgeted sales and labor costs; monitor productivity and manage timekeeping.Lead and support the FOH team, ensuring high service standards through training, mentorship, and performance management.Manage inventory and ordering for bar essentials, paper goods, and non-alcoholic beverages.Help develop systems that improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and support team development.Recruit, train, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of inclusion and accountability.Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and business planning sessions.Successful candidates will :

While performing the duties of the job, a Floor Manager is regularly required to stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. They must regularly lift and / or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 40 pounds.
