A company is looking for a Temporary Senior Counsel - Labor and Employment.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on employment law matters including FLSA, employee classification, and workplace investigations
Conduct and oversee internal investigations
Provide legal guidance to HR and business leaders
Required Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school; bar admission in at least one state
7-10 years of employment law experience, including FLSA and wage / hour expertise
Experience with internal investigations and employee classification
Combined in-house and law firm experience highly preferred
Experience in unionized environments
