What you will do :
The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and accelerate growth across the Upper Midwest region. This role is crucial to the Commercial Americas growth strategy and is part of the Trane commercial business marketing team. You will act as a strategic marketing partner, playing a key role in solidifying Trane's reputation as an industry leader.
You will collaborate closely day-to-day with the regional leadership, sales and marketing teams to support and improve the engagement strategies, develop meaningful relationships with key customers, influencers, and community associations, and increase connections within the market. Backed by the global Trane marketing organization, you will have the support and resources to bring the Trane brand to life and make a significant impact on our business within the region.
We are seeking someone who prioritizes strategic leadership, ensures sales alignment, and drives select tactical initiatives.
Develop and implement regional strategic marketing plans aligned with market needs and regional goals.
Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
Foster relationships with key customers, influencers, and community / industry associations.

Base Pay Range : $97,550-132,500
Total compensation for this role will include a commission / incentive plan. Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
