Job Title : Systems Architect (Remote – Wisconsin Residents or Relocation Only)

Contract Type : Long-Term Contract

Location : Fully Remote

We are seeking a Systems Architect to support and enhance the County Highway Expenditure Microcomputer System (CHEMS) and its graphical user interface, CHEMSPRO. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Delphi, SQL / PL SQL, and related tools, with a background in financial or data-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain and upgrade CHEMS and CHEMSPRO systems

Support migration from Delphi 2007 to Delphi 2011

Collaborate remotely with stakeholders statewide

Enhance and manage Oracle 19c databases and integration programs

Oversee software release management and quality reviews

Required Qualifications (5+ years) :

Delphi (RAD Studio 2007+ and / or 2011)

SQL / PL SQL

SQL Developer

GitHub

Preferred Skills :

Experience with financial systems

ASTA or Data Abstract

Oracle triggers / packages

OKTA integration with Delphi

Technical Environment : Delphi, Oracle 19c, SQL Developer, GitHub, Windows 11 / Server, VCL

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $50 and $60. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
