job_description.job_card.job_descriptionUse COMMAND batching system to prepare concrete batches according to mix design and dispatch loads to meet customer requirements. Receive and schedule concrete orders, communicate with drivers for accurate and timely delivery. Monitor incoming materials, payroll, truck scheduling, and compile production reports. Maintain good customer relations. Communicate customer and operational issues to management promptly. Assist in scheduling personnel, call-ins, equipment, raw materials deliveries, etc. Support safety and policy initiatives, assist with housekeeping, and provide materials support for the plant.
