Job Title : Medical Assistant (Bilingual Preferred – Pediatrics / Behavioral Health)

Location : Tulsa, OK

Compensation : Starting at $20 / hour (with flexibility depending on experience)

Setting : Non-profit clinical environment

About the Role :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join a small but impactful healthcare team consisting of one physician and one PA / NP. This position will play a vital role in supporting pediatric patients (ages 2–10) with behavioral health needs in a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with pediatric patients and families during visits, with a focus on behavioral health support
• Document patient information accurately in the ECW EMR system
• Facilitate communication between patients, providers, and staff
• Provide a warm, professional, and organized presence in the clinic
• Ensure consistent, reliable attendance and teamwork in a small practice setting
