Your responsibilities include : \n
- Delivering patient care according to physician prescriptions and care plans.\n
- Coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.\n
- Creating and implementing personalized nursing care plans based on thorough patient assessments.\n
- Educating patients and families on health management, medications, and self-care.\n
- Monitoring and evaluating patient conditions, adjusting care plans as necessary.\n
- Ensuring a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection-control policies and safety regulations.\n
- Documenting nursing care and maintaining accurate patient records.\n
- Maintaining and troubleshooting patient care equipment to ensure functionality.\n
- Handling patient care supplies efficiently and ensuring they're well-stocked.\n
- Continuing to develop professionally through training and adherence to nursing standards.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state upon hire.\n\nPreferred Experience\n
- 1-3 years of experience in a clinical environment.\n\nExpectations and Standards\n
