About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum 2 years in Endoscopy

License : Compact or state license required upon submission

Certifications : ACLS, BLS required

Must-Have :

Fully competent in all endoscopic procedures

Experience with advanced procedures such as ERCP and EUS

Ability to perform pulmonary procedures such as bronchoscopy and EBUS

Demonstrated expertise in bariatric procedures and ION Robot preferred

Description :

This position involves working in a critical area during hurricane season.

Travelers should be prepared for potential emergency assignments.

Expectations include staying until after a storm or joining a relief team if required.

Shifts will be assigned based on unit needs, including on-call duties for after hours, weekends, and holidays.

Independent functioning in all areas of Endoscopy is essential.

Must demonstrate the organization’s mission and values by prioritizing patient care.

The role involves following unit manager directives during emergency situations.

Experience in administering conscious sedation, airway management, and various endoscopic procedures is mandatory.

It's important to maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.

The unit hosts a varied adult and geriatric population with a daily census of approximately 25 patients.

Candidate must complete related modules during orientation.
