Salary Range : $170,000 - $185,000 annually

A Day in the Life :

You’ll manage trademark / copyright clearance and prosecution, lead IP policing efforts, and support litigation in copyright, trademark, and domain name disputes. The role demands a balance of technical expertise and client-focused problem-solving.

Qualifications :

1-3 years of IP experience
Admitted to the Minnesota Bar
Proficiency in IP clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation
Law school transcript required

Standout Skills :

Experience with trade secret protection and litigation

Strong analytical skills for IP due diligence in M&A transactions

Ability to leverage IP software / tools (e.g., docketing systems)

Community engagement through IP education or workshops
