Construction Manager

We're seeking Construction Managers at various levels to support large, heavy-civil infrastructure programsincluding highways, roads, bridges, transit (including rail and bus), and airport projects delivered through both traditional and alternative methods. You will provide day-to-day management of construction projects and provide leadership and guidance to project teams in the performance of their work activities. Key services include constructability reviews, cost and schedule management, risk mitigation measures, and third-party interface.

These are full-time, on-site roles at various locations across the United States. Candidates must be willing to travel and / or relocate. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in multiple specialties (e.g., roofing, window replacement, curtain walls, asphalt / concrete, R&A, etc.).

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Provide requisite resources to oversee the work of architect / engineer and contractor(s).
• Manage all phases of construction, including preconstruction planning, design coordination, procurement, construction oversight, and project closeout.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, building codes, safety standards, and sustainability goals (e.g., LEED, Energy Star).
• Manage and ensure compliance with the scope of work and all project deliverables.
• Manage the project budget, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Ensure contractor(s) and architect / engineer(s) adherence to their contracts.
• Manage changes to project scope, cost, and schedule and develop mitigation measures.
• Prepare project progress reports and keep all project stakeholders informed of project status.

Compensation Details

The salary range listed for this role is $100k-$140k / year ($50-$70 / hour). The final salary offered will be based on multiple factors and thoughtfully aligned with each candidate's level of experience, breadth of skills, total education achieved, certifications / licenses that have been obtained, geographic location, etc.
