We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of control systems for various projects. This position requires a strong background in electrical systems, mechanical engineering, and programming to ensure efficient and reliable operation of our products. The Senior Controls Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Responsibilities
- Design and develop control systems using programable logic controllers and other automation technologies. Specific back ground with Siemens and Allen Bradley controllers prefered.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate controls into mechanical systems using tools such as Autocad.
- Develop software applications in Allen Bradley and Siemens languages for control system functionality.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of control systems to ensure they meet operational standards.
- Provide technical support during installation and commissioning of control systems at client sites.
- Document all design processes, system configurations, and testing procedures for future reference.
- Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in designing control systems with a focus on logic controllers and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using Allen Bradley and Seimens programming software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay : $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
