Position Overview

FM Talent is seeking a dynamic and community-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead engagement and growth to support a federal government client. This key personnel role is responsible for fostering collaboration, supporting virtual communities, and ensuring the platform remains a trusted space for sharing best practices, resources, and peer-to-peer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator and ambassador for the platform, hosted on MangoApps.
  • Facilitate the creation and management of open communities and closed workgroups for stakeholders.
  • Promote a positive collaborative culture, encouraging active participation and knowledge sharing.
  • Train and support community administrators and users in effective platform use.
  • Monitor community activity and provide editorial guidance to maintain professional standards.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and user feedback to inform platform enhancements and outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with staff and Project Management Team to align activities with broader goals.
  • Support secure file sharing and knowledge management within the platform.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, with 7 years preferred, including :
  • 2+ years in federal program management.

  • 2+ years facilitating the development of online communities.
  • 2+ years in Head Start program management.
  • Proven success in developing social guidelines and culture to foster positive online engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement strategies that result in community growth and meaningful interaction.
  • Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to guide decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with clear and diplomatic oral and written communication.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with MangoApps or similar enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Experience working with federal agencies or on federally funded projects.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
