Job Details
We are seeking a First-Party Property Associate with 2-5 years of experience for our downtown St. Petersburg, Florida office.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated first-party property experience, including independent case management, taking and defending depositions, propounding and responding to written discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, and attending mediations and case management conferences / court hearings. The successful candidate must be a well-organized self-starter and able to manage tasks and deadlines independently while keeping key stakeholders informed of case status.
What you have :
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Florida.
2-5 years of litigation experience (first-party property or insurance defense preferred).
Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
