A company is looking for a Growth Manager (SEM) to develop and optimize performance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute SEM strategy for Blanks + Transfers on Google and Bing

Build and optimize paid search campaigns, adjusting bids and budgets for improved performance

Collaborate with the SEO team to align SEM and SEO strategies and maximize overall traffic and conversion

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience

8+ years of hands-on SEM experience with large-scale eCommerce accounts

Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar budgets focused on efficiency and growth

Deep knowledge of SEM best practices and experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel / Sheets and Google Analytics
