Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for CNC Set Up Operator openings in Stanchfield, MN . This is a great opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, reliable, and seeking long-term growth in a clean shop environment.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay : $20-$24 (depending on experience with CNCs)

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Pay Frequency : Weekly

Employment Type : Evaluation-to-Hire

Location : Stanchfield, MN

Key Responsibilities

  • Operation of Manual or Automated CNC Machines
  • Ability to operate more than one machine at a time
  • Set up secondary op machines for tooling, deburring, drilling, and etching
  • Operate bandsaws, welders, and graphite installation equipment
  • Maintain timekeeping, productivity, and inspection standards

    • Qualifications

  • Machine Operator experience
  • Mechanically inclined
  • CNC lathe turning machine operating including uploading, downloading, editing, and minor programming
  • Hardworking, reliable, and good attendance
  • High School Graduation
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand all day
