Salary : $100,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Details

  • Defend and manage a diverse caseload of general liability matters
  • Handle cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations / arbitrations, and trials.
  • Provide strategic counseling to clients and insurance carriers on case valuation, defense strategies, and resolution options.
  • Collaborate with partners, clients, and team members to achieve effective, cost-conscious results.

    • Qualifications :

  • J.D. and licensed to practice in Illinois
  • Recent insurance defense or general liability experience in Illinois
  • Experience with any of the above practice areas
  • Comfortable handling depositions, motion practice, mediations / arbitrations, and trials
