Senior Manager, Credit Risk

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Credit Risk to lead new initiatives in the lending business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute credit risk strategies for new products and initiatives

Lead and mentor a team of credit risk analysts while fostering a collaborative culture

Monitor portfolio performance and partner with Data Science to implement risk models

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in consumer or small business lending

3-5 years of team leadership experience in a fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of credit risk frameworks and underwriting

Proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, or R

Experience in fintech or innovative lending products is highly desirable
