Required Experience & Skills :

Minimum 2 years of recent OB / Peds nursing experience

Must be willing to float to Med-Surg and Telemetry as needed (not frequent)

Familiarity with patient ratios :

1 : 3 mom / baby couplets

1 : 5 GYN / Med-Surg

1 : 3–4 pediatrics

Licensure & Certifications :

Active MN RN license (must be in hand)

NRP, ACLS, BLS required

PALS preferred
