We are looking for an experienced, organized, proactive, and results‑driven Executive Assistant who operates with strong attention to detail, a high sense of urgency, and who is passionate about providing best‑in‑class administrative and project support. This is a global, fast‑paced, multi‑faceted environment, and we are seeking someone with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. This person must be a master at multitasking and anticipate the needs of their executive. In this pivotal role, you will support the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer.

What You’ll Bring :

  • 4‑5 years of experience providing administrative support to C‑level executives at a global, public company
  • Experience with board of directors and governance platforms such as Diligent
  • Expertise in managing a travel‑heavy calendar and domestic and international travel logistics
  • Quick adaptation, flexibility to changing priorities and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to complete assignments accurately and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Acting as an extension of the CLO and being a cornerstone to the team‑building process within the department
  • Ability to perform overall duties and responsibilities in a high‑pressure, quick‑moving environment with minimal or no direction using independent judgment (and discretion)
  • Must have advanced knowledge of the entire Microsoft Suite programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and Concur or similar expense management system

Impact You’ll Make :

  • Build a strong partnership with the CLO : Working closely and effectively, keeping the CLO informed of commitments and / or responsibilities. Proactively follow up on administrative / operational duties associated with the CLO’s area of responsibility. Ad hoc requests and projects to support enterprise initiatives on behalf of the CLO.
  • Anticipate and prepare the daily schedule of CLO meetings and priorities : Schedule appointments without prior clearance or feedback. Respond to daily inquiries and execute ad hoc requests and meeting logistics. Ensure the most effective use of the CLO’s time, including off‑hour requests.
  • Manage and arrange complex domestic and international travel plans / itineraries, compile documents for travel‑related meetings.
  • Collaborate and develop strong relationships within the leadership team, providing advice and guidance on matters.
  • Co‑responsible for scheduling board and committee meetings and the prep meetings for management, and generally all logistics and administrative specifics relating to in‑person and virtual board and committee meetings.
  • Search for corporate records and documents as needed by various team members. The Executive Assistant should be a research expert, knowing where to look and how to interpret data.
  • Prepare, coordinate and schedule meetings for senior‐level management and others within the organization; this includes logistics for off‑site conferences, customer / partner events, Town Halls, internal associate celebratory / appreciation events, and other tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate and develop strong relationships within the executive / administrative assistant community. Act as back‑up EA to the CEO’s office.
  • Create internal announcements and compose correspondence on behalf of the CLO.
  • Prepare and present presentation / meeting materials for the CLO.
  • Process and complete expense reports for the CLO and the VP of Planning, Strategy and Operations.
  • Provide high‑level support and partnership to the VP of Planning, Strategy and Operations, including coordination of strategic initiatives, planning and execution of key meetings and events, and management of internal communications and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate food and beverage requests for executives, meetings, and / or events.

    This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in‑person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

    Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 – $120,000.00 annually. Regular, full‑time non‑sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may also be eligible for long‑term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
