We have a great opportunity for a Mid-Level Geotechnical Engineer to join our Columbus, Ohio office and be part of the Geotechnics Group for the Midwest region. The successful candidate will follow projects from concept through construction, working on current and upcoming design-bid-build and design-build projects in highways, rail, water, environmental, ports, and advanced facilities sectors. Location options include Columbus, Cleveland, or Cincinnati, OH, with Columbus preferred.

Base pay range

$90,000.00 / yr - $145,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical aspects of the design of shallow and deep foundations, earth retaining structures, and slope stabilization measures.
• Coordinate and prepare geotechnical specifications and prepare data, baseline, and interpretative reports.
• Follow projects from concept through construction on design-bid-build and design-build projects in various sectors.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure geotechnical considerations are incorporated into design and construction.
