About the Company - Blue Chip Talent is looking for a Title Support Representative , whose primary responsibility will include one or more of the following processes to support the Financial Services portfolio : Managing incoming and outgoing department mail, filling for and / or perfecting titles, completing State-to-State title transfers, and / or Lease to Retail title transfers. In addition, the person may be responsible for completing title corrections, following up on title deficiencies, and managing title vendor exceptions reports while providing support to internal and external customers via phone (inbound or outbound calls) or email to resolve title exceptions.

About the Role

Candidate must have a minimum high school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Commercial vehicle finance experience preferred
• Versatile (able to work several processes)
