Responsibilities
- Meeting sales goals measured daily / weekly / monthly
- Assists with daily store manager admin work
- Assists with training new hire sales associates
- Assists with holding team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations
- Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
- Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
- Maintain a clean and organized salon
- Opening / closing business
- Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
- Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users
- Attending Off Site Sales And Job Trainings
