Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee the installation, commissioning, and complex troubleshooting of custom automation machinery at client sites.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, servos, VFDs).
• Provide expert-level technical guidance and mentorship to junior mechanics and field service personnel.
• Perform root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and sales teams to resolve critical issues and improve product reliability.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training to client maintenance and operational staff.
• Manage on-site project timelines, resources, and ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed and insightful service reports, documenting complex issues and resolutions.
