Position Overview : The Apprentice is a mid-level position designed for individuals who are eager to develop their skills in irrigation system installation, maintenance, and repair. This role provides hands-on training and experience under the guidance of experienced technicians, with the goal of progressing to a technician role. The apprentice will gain exposure to various aspects of irrigation work and learn to perform tasks safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is ambitious with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

Learning and Development :

• Assist experienced technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems.
• Observe and learn how to design and layout irrigation systems according to company standards, design specifications and local codes.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to build technical skills and industry knowledge.
• Complete written and practical assessments of job skills and knowledge.
