Salary                                : $100K to $150K Annually + 15% Director Bonus + Full-time Benefits

Job Summary :

The role of Director of Surgical Services leads the perioperative team by focusing on safe patient care while effectively managing operations. The Director of Surgical Services has 24 / 7 responsibility for their departments.

Qualifications :

• BSN is required.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred or equivalent combination of education and / or experience.
• Texas state RN License.
• Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) preferred.
• Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) preferred.
